It really depends. What type of wireless router (A,B,G,N,ect...) are you using? The OS (Windows,Linux, ect...) you use is important as well. If you are planning to put the computer into a S3 power option you may be better off with an internal pci type. Their may be other things you might want to consider. ↓Below↓ is a good suggestion. If not using S3 sleep. I would get a USB type. ↓Below↓ is a brand I like. When I use the sleep function I simply unplug it.
