OK got new RAM! 1600mhz Reaper OCZ.

Heres the best bit.

Every stick boots but when all 3 in system only shows 4gb

in the Bios though it can see the other sick but it says the slow isnt enabled

On top of the cold boot memory errors i get every day. Memory management BSOD and the 2 sets of ram that arent working right.

Id say this mobo is faulty?

QPI/Vtt needs corrected is all, possibly Uncore adjustment as well.

Give me your full settings and I'll advise back. Also a link to your new memory please, thanks.

i have ran with 1.375v QPI and also 17x uncore on a 4ghz overclock and i have also ran it with optimised defaults and refuses to allow me to use the total 6gb. the Bios sees the 2046mb in the slot but only 4gb of it is enabled

It's normally all about uncore/QPI and Dram voltage, unless you have bent socket pins or uneven CPU heatsink pressure.

Now that it's working I suspect it's probably just settings are still sligthly off is all so at cold boot or sometimes warm boot it will only pickup less than installed memory. So you need to adjust some things still is all.
