Ga-ex58-ud3r not booting in post help!!!!!!

HELLPPPPP PLEASE !!!!!!!
I just completed building my system it cycles on and off with out booting and any beeps i see the cpu load led lit and all fans running . if i remove the cpu power cable it runs it i remove the ram and or video card i get no beeps
my setup

intel I7-950 3.06ghz quad core
GA-EX58-UD3R REV 1.7
COOLMASTER silent pro 1000w psu
evga geforce 250gts 1gb
6gb kinston KVR1333D3N9/2G 2gb x three sticks
shinobi fc-sho9a casing
samsung 20x dvdrw
2 maxtor 500 gb sata 2

every thing is new except the harddrive and dvdrw i even tried to boot with one ram please help me

you need the four or eight pin cpu power cable or it wont work,made sure all the power plugs are plugged in propperly on the motherboard and your graphics card? plugged ram into the white slots only? put your hdd in port0 and sata dvd drive in port 4 or 5?

hey thanks for responding the psu have two cpu power jacks that plug into the board tried all you suggested the ram is on all white i even tried to boot on dimm 1 still nothing same problem

i forgot to mention i disconnected all hardware only thing running is cpu memory video card

do you have a spare psu to try? and have you tried with a test setup outside of the case on wooden table or on cardboard just incase its shorting on the metal case? check your cpu socket for any bent pins and that your cpu heatsink is fitted propperly and not overtightened,you can clear the cmos by removing motherboard battery for 30mins then put back in and try

i did everything except leaving cmos battery out for 30 mins i will try that and let you know thanks

Check the CPU socket for bent pins, please post some images if you are not sure.
