  • GA-G31M-ES2L Voltage Problem

    Hello,

I apologize for my bad English, and I hope someone will help me to solve my problem.

    I have:
    OS: Windows 7 x64
    MB: Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L rev: 2.3
    CPU: Intel E5400 2.7 GHz
    Memory: Transcend 2GB DDR2 800MHz
    HDD: Hitachi 160GB
    DVD RW
    Floppy Disk
    Power Supply: Hantol 500W

I can boot and start Windows normally and it doesn't show me any error. But the voltage info scares me and I'm afraid to use my computer because I'm afraid there can happen some hardware damage.

In BIOS info the 12V voltage is presented as OK.

    BIOS INFO:

But when I test the hardware with Aida64 and HM, they show incorrect value of the 12V voltage. In Aida it varies from 0,7V to 1.7V.

    AIDA64:

    CPUID Hardware Monitor:

I hope I didn't make a mistake and post this thread in wrong place.

Thank you in advance for your help!

There's nothing to worry about, non of the software I have tried show my 12v correctly.
EasyTune -> HW Monitor tab will show it correctly.

      Thank you for your reply!
I use Gigabyte MB for the first time, and I didn't know about EasyTune software until now. I just downloaded and installed it. Here is the result:

I hope the result is OK, and i can freely use my computer now, not carrying what Aida says :)
