could be psu or memory related,if you could get into the bios without it freezing you could add more qpi/vtt voltage,
have you tried fully clearing the cmos? by removing mb battery for 30 minutes just to be sureGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios

There was just someone here this week with that exact PSU and it turned out the +3V rail was funky and they had to replace it.
If you need me to find the thread I can, so you can compare thoughts or ask that user if he thinks you have the same issue.

I have never owned a Corsair PSU but I have had 2 "Name brand" PSU's go bad in the last couple of years. Your symptoms would make me think your issue lies there. I would try to confirm or rule out that possibility before you attempt to RMA your board.
