Stuck at boot screen/GA-EP45-UD3R

So yesterday comp was running great as always, today turned it on and it is stuck at verifying DMI pool Data?Everything in bios is the same as always,just can't get past screen. any help appreciated.

try flashing the same bios from q-flash but tick or untick the box,cant remember now but you want it so it clears dmi pool data before you flash the bios

I tryed Q-flash to bios f12,but didn't do other thing you mentioned.Still can't get pass screen.

before you flash you will see a box for clear or keep dmi pool data maksure you tick or untick it so it clears dmi pool data then carry on and flash bios,you need to reflash bios so you can get to the dmi option

it will wipe the dmi data check and rebuild it,maybe it wont stop at dmi data check then

Reflashed again clearing dmi, it rebuilt dmi pool still stuck at screen.

try turning off pc and clearing the cmos,then unplug the ram and plug back in,do the same for the hdd sata and power cables then try

any usb memory sticks plugged in? i cant think what else you could try

Took out flash usb that I used for Q-flash, still is stuck.Appreciate all help given, just puzzled comp working so good for months then this happens?This kind of stuff never happens when I am around!

ive had it happen to me and i unplugged hdd sata and power cables then it booted into windows but anything could cause it to stop at dmi screen,someone will help you better than me im sure,i cant think of what else it could be,maybe a bios setting slightly off but im thinking the dmi has to do with component checking before booting into windows? im not sure

running win7? put in windows dvd and boot from dvd drive then do a start up repair and see if that fixes it

EDIT: could try loading optimized defaults in the bios,make a note of any bios settings before you do as it will wipe them

I have windows xp home 32bit full on that comp.Not sure of commands to use for repair on install cd? Put hd in usb docking station to other comp ,and it runs and reads it fine.
Things I have done since with no luck are :
cleared cmos afew times
installed bios f11
changed sata cable
moved sata cable
unplugged psu and hd power cable
switched mem in different slots(2x2gig)

All of these and still stays at screen

try booting pc without the mouse and keyboard plugged in,and try with just one stick of ram installed

This time I tried:
one stick of ram in slot closest to cpu
optimized settings in bios
unplugged all usb connectors( mouse, kb,camera,ext. hd,logitech controllers.)

Other than pulling battery,and windows repair I have done about everything.
Still stuck at screen.

last thing you could try is to remove mb battery,leave it out for 30mins-1 hour just to be 100% sure its cleared,then try,seems weird that it boots in another pc,
