GA-X48-DQ6 MB Which SSD to go with PCI express or Sata ?

First I'd like to say I hope I don't run into trouble like the other poster that had the GA-X48-T-DQ6, I have sata dvd drives and a sata HD running now !

I'm thinking about upgrading my HD and was looking at the speeds of the SSD drives and it looks like the PCI e is almost twice as fast as the sata's , anyway I'm only using up 1 PCI-e slot and have 1 open so, Any one have any problem running either SSD on this MB ? Any reason to get one over the other ?

Hey My MB supports the REVO PCI-express card so I'm going with that !
