Can't get past the Q-Flash utility

Hello all,
I can't get pass the Q-Flash Utility. the process of "Qflash utility preparing to load..." just keeps on looping.
To add up, this odd ticking sound (I think this is the CMOS battery - this is how it goes - titititititick....) just before the Qflash utility page.

I already update the latest BIOS.
Motherboard : GIGABYTES GA-G31M-ES2L (rev1.x)
Flash Type : MXIC 25L4005
BIOS : G31MES2L.F10

Please Give Me Some Help.... I Begging U All

How did you update the BIOS if you cannot enter Q-Flash, and why do you need Q-Flash for?

Nvm, the problem is solve. My keyboard spoiled and cause the problem. My computer is working fine after replace a new keyboard.
