    There is no AUTO setting for these values- It is asking me for a number. I will bump up to 60 and see what that does.

    Everyone else- I will probably re-install the game or maybe just upgrade to CIV V at this point.

      Zero will set it to auto, or try 66 and up.

          Don't I want Blue/Green/Red to be as high as possible with Gold being as low as possible? with all Advanced Timing Controls at Auto- It seems like memory is slowest. Right?

            This includes Static tRead Value? That you can leave as it was.
            Any improvement, or it still fail the same?
