So you suggest me to raise the QPI for my ocz up to 1.4 as Kingston?But is it safe or risk of burning the memory controller of my 980 xtreme?
I would like to avoid :)

980 chips usually need less voltage,try with 1.35-1.4v,

1.4 QPI/VTT is max by intel for 32nm Core i7 900.
Try 1.4 and then lower if it's stable untill not stable, or try to increase until stable, you can also try a higher memory voltage up to 1.575v with no fear.
