Anybody ever run into a 960 that just won't OC?

I've been struggling with this new chip for days. I've tried everything. This is my third i7, and I've never had this many problems.

Several 101 errors, so I raise the VCore

Just when I think I've got it licked, I get an 000FC BSOD error. Is this a memory issue? I've got DRAM Voltage at 1.64

What else could affect it?

EX58A-UD5, i7 960.

what cpu multi you using? some clock better on odd or even multis,manually setting uncore freq and ram freq and timings? and setting 1.66v for 1.65 dram voltage in windows?

idk what that error code is,but manually setting qpi/vtt,cpu,dram voltages and uncore freq will be better than auto

Yep, I've done it all manually. I've tried every variation 9 ways from Sunday. Frustrating.
