Quick thoughts one which drivers/programs to update and which ones are to be left alone? Over the last year I've updated the BIOS and video drivers, along with other drivers like the audio driver but have left the Intel INF, rapid storage and RAID ROM alone. Should I consider updating these and a few others, ie JMicron, NEC, Marvell? Any and all opinions are welcome.

Raid rom or any other "ROM" has to be modded into the bios or just download a bios that has been modded with the latest versions.
Edit here is a link to a list of modded bios's for X58. Your board should be listed here. Computertechnik JZelectronicLast edited by Acebmxer; 10-01-2011, 03:56 PM.Main Rig

Do you know if the Fh1 BIOS listed at your link is the same as one one here at Tweaktown? Also, does it include the Intel RAID ROM 11.0?Gigabyte GA-X58AUD3R Rev 2 Fg1 Bios w/I7-950 CPU (OC'd to 4.14)
