p43-es3g (rev. 1.1)CMOS checksum error (post error occurs!)

So I booted up the mb today with my processor an I get this error an the computer freezes up I cleared the cmos everything an still get that error.any idea how to solve it.
I cant even get in the bios to change anything this screen just comes up.

Gigabyte- p43-es3g
crucial ballistix tracers 2x2gb

750w pc power n cooling

Try an extended CMOS clear, battery out and the CLR_CMOS pin shorted for half an hour.
If still no luck try each of the memory memory modules individually in each of the slots

How long you had this board?
Do yo know what BIOS version is installed?

I had the board for about a month I dont know what bios it is.

I will try wat u said taking out the battery an see what happens
