hi, will flashing a rev 1 x58-ud5 bios on my rev 1 x58-ud4p brick the board or? they seem similar enough and appear to even use the same bios series (f13,etc) via the gigabyte website. this worked on my old q6600 + asus p35 setup (I converted my board a maxi maximus board with more bios tweak options).

i wouldnt like to risk it,its best to flash the same bios thats meant for your motherboard model,there might be different power stages amongst other things between the two boardsGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios
