GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 - What is the absolute best bios for this motherboard?

I have spent quite a lot of money on this motherboard when it first came out, but I have noticed it hasn't had a bios update in a long time. Browsing the forums, people said beta F11a is not good to use and that they use F10 with an updated OROM 11.6. However, I do not know how to update my OROM or even know what it is. Please give me your input about what is the best bios to use for the GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 motherboard. If possible, a download link as well with all updated things such as OROM would be appreciated. :)

You should post a request for the specific Orom's that you want with the F10 bios in the modified bios thread.

Well, to be honest, I don't know what Oroms I need. I assume everything already in F10 is needed, just needs to be updated.

It's my understanding that you need to request specific Orom versions when you need to solve a specific problem and you know which Oroms are needed.
Let us know what specific problems you have and someone might know which mods need to be in a modded bios for your motherboard.

I don't believe I have any problems. I just want the most stable, fastest, available bios with all Oroms that are used to be up to date to the newest and greatest.
