B75M-D3H mobo question

HI the B75M-D3H is being used with a G540 processor,with 4 gigs ram should I turn off the C power features?
Also should I or can I raise the graphics to 1000mhz from default 850? is there any benefit? Thks

keep the c states enabled,it saves power and heat at idle,shouldnt affect stability at all

if you want to run full speed and voltages all the time then turn it off,cpu will ramp up and down itself depending on the demand if you do enable c states

and yes you can overclock the igpu if you want too,benefits are better performance

Thks for reply , I always wanted to ask this about these uefi bioses.What is the difference between sata boot up hard drive and uefi bootup harddarive or dvd drive options?

im not sure,they just support different make/models of drives better

uefi gives a graphic layout and lets you use a mouse as apposed to the old style with just a keyboard
