Ga z87x ud5 with MSI gtx 660 VK.

Last week I replaced my broken hd5850 by a Msi GTX660 VK.

My pc won't start correctly from the sleep mode, the only way I can restart is do a complete
resett.

Has anybody any idea how to solve this issue?

tried latest beta bios?

sleep saves and resumes from the memory so might be worth trying more dram and integrated memory controller voltage(no idea what its called on haswell)

You can try adding a little system agent voltage (what wazza said).....have you tried going back to F8 BIOS? I've noticed some BIOS work better than others with sleep depending on setup.
