1070ti gigabyte issue

Hello,
I've had my 1070 ti gigabyte for a few months and recently I have encountered a very big issue.
When I try to power my computer with all 6 pins connected to the GPU the pc starts but the GPU doesn't (fans and leds from GPU doesn't start either), but I noticed something interesting, when I only plug 4 pins the GPU gets power, fans spin, leds start but doesn't display image. Anyone got any suggestions how I can fix this ?

In the same situation, I can only access 2 CPU drives. How do I fix this?
