Currently the temperature reads 58C, i have a 120mm on top of case pulling air out, 2 80mm in front pulling in, 2 80mm on side pulling in and the two 80mm rear pulling out, powersupply standard draft?? any ideas, this is way to hot!!

The Venus isn't the best HSF available but it is certainly workable. But before you start tearing into stuff, what are you using to measure temperatures? If you are confident that the utility or method used for monitoring is fairly accurate, then check the seating of the sink on the processor core and also make sure you are using a good TIM. The current version of Arctic Silver is always a good bet and will give noticable improvements over no-name compounds. But even with a low quality compound those are pretty high temps for that heatsink. Either method of monitoring temperatures or improper seating of the sink would be my two first guesses.

I use everest to monitor it, and how do i get the artic silver off of the processor with out messing them up?

Well for one unless you took the TIM off the HSF and put AS on yourself it isn't AS. Two, to remove it use some Rubbing alcohol.

Get some Arctic Silver 5 for your thermal compound. Like AMD said, use rubbing alcohol to remove the old compound. Some 99% pure isopropyl alcohol would do the best job. If you replaced the HSF and there isn't a good amount of thermal compound between it and the CPU, it could be the cause of your problem. It's also quite possible that it's just a bad method of monitoring temperatures, as Darth said.

i looked in the bios and its running 59d Celcius is that too hot? Should i look into some water cooling cause my comp freezes up randomly, i dont know if its that or if i have something set in bios wrong thats causing that!

No, just get some Arctic Silver 5 on it. Watercooling shouldn't be necessary.
