I purchased the XG Viper case and it comes with an overclockers kit, which is just a thermal sensor. Its a flat wire that they say to attach to the mobo or near the cpu but not on it, to regulate temps. It says to attach it to with thermal tape. My question is, where would i put it on my mobo? I talked to a guy and he said put it under my hsf but not near the processor. Is that right? Also how do i convert my temps from celsius to Farenheit? I couldnt find thermal tape so i got thermal pads, are they the same thing? Yes, i'm a newb. lol
