Best Cooler

I just have a P4 3.0ghz 478 , I just want to know what would be the best heatsink and fan for my processor. The stock ones are terrible

It depends on your budget. Thermaltake and Thermalright both make excellent coolers with the Thermaltake being a little lower priced. Of course, you'll need good airflow through the case as well. The best air cooler in the world won't help you if you have poor airflow.
