Either ya memory or AGP/PCI bus is holdin' ya back. Ya could try some PC2700 in there (ya runnin' ya memory at the same speed as the FSB I hope and not at +33MHz) and see if that helps but due to ya older mobo ya can't lock the AGP/PCI buses.
