Ratio status... are you talking about the multiplier or the memory ratios? If multiplier, then wayout nailed it with the "NO CAN DO" statement. If you're talking about memory/PCI/AGP ratios, then there are settings available to you within the BIOS.

Pretty much what Darth said. Unless you happen to have an engineering sample CPU, your CPU's multiplier is locked. If it were, you'd be able to adjust the multiplier, though raising it doesn't render as good of results as overclocking with the FSB. Assuming you've got some decent RAM, you should be alright with overclocking. Now, I don't know what you have, so you might not be able to OC very high without running the memory:CPU ratio at something other than 1:1.
I pretty much said this because I look at the same BIOS often enough to know that the only mention of "Ratio" refers to the CPU Ratio where as the CPU/memory ratio is handled under "DRAM Frequency". ;)
