now i have a new system and i want to know if can i get good oc results.

And I replace the 120 fan to other TT 120 Fan that batter..

You'll get no where with the 430W PSU. Replace it and you'd probably be able to overclock fairly well, though I don't know if that motherboard is any good for overclocking. At the very least, you could overclock the video card. If you're into gaming, that's pretty much the only thing worth overclocking, because you'll get no performance advantage out of overclocking anything else.

The recommendation for a higher powered PSU comes from common information that recommends at least a 450w unit for any board utilizing PCI-E and preferably 480w or more for best results.

The motherboard you chose doesn't give much information about overclocking on their spec sheet. For Gigabyte, this is generally indicative of a product that will not do well in this arena. Not to say it won't overclock, but it likely won't do it well.

Your video board also isn't a performance-minded product, but you should be able to overclock it reasonably well to get better gaming from it.

Your processor of choice is a very good part for overclocking, unfortunately your other system components aren't of the same caliber.

Good luck. If you want overclocking performance, you'd be better off looking at a few different components.

Get either a MSI K8N NEO2 NF3 or a DFI ULTRA-D NF3 and you will get some good clocks out of tha CPU and see a huge improvement in gaming, especially if you overclock the graphics card as well. Just make sure to get a GOOD power supply, not a cheapo.

Noone said it sucks. It's just not geared up for serious overclocking. If I had a dollar for every part I ever bought that wasn't up to the task, I would have thousands. You will enjoy your system and just use what you have been told to plan your next eventual upgrade. Anyone who says it sucks has too much money to spend and not enough brains to spend it.

Gigabyte boards are ok overclockers, i have a GA-K8NSC-939.
You may need to use "ctrl + F1" to get into some of the advanced settings, and you will need to drop the HTT multi' down a notch, if it's x4 drop it to x3 so you are not pushing the HTT to far.
Then you also may need to drop the Memory to 166MHz from 200 so the Mem' has the headroom for the OC'. this is dependent on the Memory you are using of course.

I find the Gigabyte boards pretty good for overclocking, though some boards like the DFI Lanparty ones have higher settings for memory voltage for feeding chips like the BH5's the level thay need for higher memory speed and tighter timmings...
