Help With o/c

Hi i have a Dell XPS400 so i cant o/c throw Bios.. I have a Intel Pentium D 830 3.00ghz dual with a Intel I945P board. I'v tried to get clockgen to work but dont thank my board is on there could anyone help me find some software to use with my board. i have some other programs to montior my computer while i do this. could anyone help me?

BIOS is usually very very limited in brand name PC's unfortunately if clockgen doesnt work then theres no other alternative but to stick with stock speeds.
