help overclock 8400 on gigabyte board

Just got a new setup i have an intel 8400, gigabyte ep45-ud3r, and OCZ reaper 1066 ram 4gb. I am running windows XP. I have a stock cooler but i am waiting on a replacement in the mail. Can you please help me with the values i need to place in the MIT bios option to reach around 3.5-3.6ghz.
