Guidence for UD-7 Overclocking

OC Team:

I have downloaded all the suggested apps for OC my system and was wondering if anyone has successfully overclocked a similar system setup. My rig is stock currently running F2 Bios. I searched the many threads but could not locate the appropriate one. I'm hoping the forum can direct me on the How to thread for my UD-7 so that i can get started.
