  • Help overclocking on a GA-X58-UD5

Hi I have the above motherboard with the F12 bios and a Core I7 920 revision D0 stepping 5 and I cant get pass 3200Mhz, The memory that I have is 6GB OCZ OCZ3G1600LV6GK and a EVGA 470GTX with a 850watt Silvertone power supply, next week i should be getting a Thermaltake Toughpower W0133RU 1200W. My CPU is watercooled so i'm hoping to reach 4Ghz,Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Here are my setting right now
