  • Computer messed up

I am very new to overclocking. I am trying to overclock a AMD 1800+ but everytime I go over 133 MHZ the computer doesn't boot up. Just a blank screen, doesn't even POST. I was wondering what could be causing this problem. Thanks

From a generic point of view, it looks as though you are running your default FSB at 100MHz. Check your motherboard and you should have a way to tell it to run at a default speed of 133MHz and then you can go upwards from there. If this does not fix your problem, then we'll need full system specs as bigjack asked.
